out. Since all products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or
offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact
us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to
replace the item at no additional cost.
