Processing time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for
processing (manufacturing, quality check, and packing) before your order is
shipped.
Shipping days
Once your order is ready, we ship twice a week — Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Orders completed after the packing cutoff will be shipped on the next scheduled
shipping day. Processing and shipping times may be affected by public holidays.
Carriers & tracking
We normally ship via USPS (domestic) a tracking number will be provided
in your order once the package is handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times
United States: typically 2–7 business days after shipment (varies by destination).
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.
If your order is delayed or lost
If you don’t receive tracking updates or your package seems delayed, please
contact me via messages. I will gladly check the tracking and work with the
carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed lost, contact me within
14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can determine next steps.
Address changes & cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address, please message me as soon as
possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change.
Holidays & exceptional delays
Processing and shipping may take longer around major holidays or due to
unexpected carrier disruptions. I will update shop announcements if there are
any extended delays.
